Import the following in this exact order:
1. VRCSDK3-AVATAR-2021.11.24.16.20_Public - https://vrchat.com/home/download
2. PoiyomiPro v7.3.46 (Recommended) or PoiyomiToon 7.3.046 (free) - https://github.com/poiyomi/PoiyomiToonShader/releases
3. Dynamic Bones v1.3.0 - https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/animation/dynamic-bone-16743
4. Import Chiharu_1_1.unitypackage (Poiyomi Pro) or Chiharu_1_0_toon (Poiyomi Toon)
5. Open Assets/Models/Chiharu/Chiharu.unity
6. Upload 'Chiharu'

Vrchat SDK, Poiyomi & Dynamic Bones NOT included.

2. you may NOT take parts/textures from this model
3. You must purchase the parts from creators directly to gain commercial rights (refer to credits below for exact permissions)
4. you may NOT do uploads for your friends
5. you may NOT upload this model to the public listing
6. you may NOT redistribute this package in any form
